It's only really 4.5 months. Think how many pints you can have in that time. You will also have the bass for the rest of your playing life. See, it doesn't seem that long. You will be happy.

You can look at it in two ways - It takes 9 months for a baby to arrive - this will be your baby and takes half the time. Or: I wouldn't wait 4.5 months for a bloody bus!! Feels like a lifetime!! Once it arrives all the waiting will feel like a bad dream...think of it as an early Xmas pressie...
