Just collected my new S3 from Colchester this morning. Couldn't be more happier. She is gorgeous and plays like a dream. Trouble is I now want another one. Pictures please Smile I was lucky enough to collect my KB from Colchester, what an experience. Dawn and Rob were really welcoming and Robs workshop is like an Aladdin's cave of Status goodies. Plus Dawn makes an excellent cuppa Smile I wasn't looking when he produced my KB, so when I turned around it was there on his bench and I had to look twice and ask if it was mine. I gave it a play through the Trace Elliot he keeps under the bench and then he took it back and made some tweaks (to be honest I didn't notice anything wrong, but he knew something could be better). I hope you enjoyed the experience. Wife and finances willing, I hope to repeat the experience in a couple of years. Enjoy your new bass

Pretty special. Sounds like the addiction has you firmly in its grasp. There are worse things to be addicted to. Enjoy the playing. Dawn puts something in the coffee. That's why everyone wants to come back for more Grin

Thanks guys. Yep I'm already looking at a possible headless bass next. Playing it this afternoon through my monitor speakers really brought home the tonal qualities of this Bass and christ it's so much easier to slap with. This Bass lterally can do it all...yep I'm addicted.
