I'm on the market for an Electro 1, 2 or 3. It has to be a 5-string fretless.

The price will depend on model and condition.

Very expensive. Cost less than that when they were made.

I paid £461 for my E2 on Ebay. If they are in good nick you can probably expect to pay £450-£550. That seems to be the ball park figure for wooden necked Statii. Probably some of the best value basses on the market.

I honestly had no idea how much these cost new. It would not hurt make him a fair offer explaining how high is the asking. Sometimes people is not even aware they're totally out of the ball park.
