Has anyone here tried the Promethean P5210 combo? I've only just discovered it tonight and at ~£600 I'm liking the look of it as an alternative to a TC Combo450. And they do a 1x10" version with the same head.

Seems there were one or two dodgy ones early on but generally reports are good. Certainly very portable as 1x10". It seems to differ from something like Markbass and Genz Benz by being mid heavy.

24 pages of discussion! Lots of positive comment and no significant dislikers. Hopefully the early batch reliability issue has now become history. Someone even sold their RH450 because they preferred the Promethean.

Now, is the P5210 in stock at http://www.bassmerchant.com so I can get to have a play with one...
