Looks like a nice example of an Energy 5'er. Is that a wooden neck? I guess so, but I do not know the market value...would think about 600-700 Euro.

Yes is wooden neck (graphite insert) with truss rod, is my favorite bass, but, i choice to back to 4 strings.
Is not second hand, i buy it in shop.
My wet dreams is an headless Status 4 string.
i can change with this one + difference.

That's really a great bass, I've exactly the same with 4 strings.
As Stenobass says, 600-700 euros can be a good price for it.
