Anyone upgraded to Logic 9?
If so, worth the upgrade or just fluff?

4 Asians, 2 Brits, 1 French and also some basses
i got logic 9 and it seem fine, but i not a serious user and am only just learning the software.
But one thing it dose install on a ppc despite the spec saying it need a intel processor, Final cut dose also run on a ppc but you do have to kind of crowbar it on!

I did the upgrade mainly for the guitar effects processors (pedal board) - Did not know it ran on a PPC; good to know trev!

haha that made me laugh, all i can add is it comes in a much smaller box than the previous version as dose FCP, sorry im not much help but i can answer lots of question about FCP though ;)
YEh i seem to recall getting it for the guitar effects as well, must try them out one day...
