The 2009 statii.com Christmas raffle!
The prize… A brand new, just out of the polishing room, stunning Status Streamline Bass! worth up to £1,500. It's either 4 or 5 string (up to you if you win)! This is the one bass every Status owner should have in their armoury. Ultimately portable and playable even the ugly amongst us will pull hot chicks! This bass is a natural graphite weave with standard 19mm string spacing and 34" scale.
Each numbered ticket is just £20 and you can buy as many as you like! Why not ask your wife to buy you one ... Or ask someone else's wife to buy you one!
The raffle opens on November 20th and closes on December 10th 2009 at midnight (CET).
The draw will take place at the Status factory the following week and the winning ticket will be pulled out of a hat by Rob Green (the maker!)

OK, stupid question time....... not that I have a snowballs chance in Hell of winning anything ever (even my own father used to tell me, "you couldn't even win for losing!" which would explain a lot if I looked deeply) ........can I have mine in a fretless flavor (no U over the pond)? Ken

Rob has kindly made 2 basses for this competition, a 4 and a 5 string! No fretless though! Maybe if we have a good raffle this time we'll be able to do it again and next time we'll do a choice between a fretted and fretless 4 string!!

Oh well, that makes it an easy choice...... a fiver will do nicely. Maybe then I can figure out a use for that big fat B string other than a really long thumb rest.
