Hi,
I have a very early S2 for sale this bass sounds incredbile it has the early GMT pickups with the exposed pole pieces the hardware has all be gold plated and new pots have be fitted, if listen to Level 42 track true belivers it that tone!

These basses are rare now, and in comparison to other status bass I have owned i.e S2000/kingbass in the past which were great but this bass has much bigger fundemental bass tone plus more sustain and twang, there is some cracking to the laguer on the front and a hairline crack to the body at the side , which i have adjusted the price accordingly for if comes with a lovely hiscox case £685
