It really is a great bass! Loaded with Status Jazz pick(£100) ups and a 6 position varitone, tone pot. Clean, records great, silent and a nice low action. Lovely straight neck. Champagne colour, sounds more jazz than P Bass and the pick ups really bring out a bit of sparkle!
If you are thinking of moving on up to a 5 String and you are not sure, perhaps consider this.
You will find cheaper ones but not with the upgrades or play ability this has. Looking for £225 but to Statii members £200 seals the deal!
