So, I've seen the guitars on the Status site, but never seen them mentioned anywhere else on t'internet. Why is this? Has anyone ever seen one, played one? They look rather nice, and although I don't play guitar enough to warrent having one made, they are tempting!

Ooops I owe you a reply so here it is. The newer guitars are amazing (now called the Slipstream).

You get so much sustain with the graphite neck and a very powerful sound with the two Alnico pups. And however much you bend the strings, it just stays in tune. A good friend of mine who is a professional player (uses Fender guitars) simply cannot put it down once he picks it up!

You might want to get some more info from Rob also as he mentionned that the guitars have been redesigned / revamped recently, but I am unsure what has changed.

Anyhow if you get a chance, try one out and I'm sure you will love it!

PS. The older Series II guitar is amazing as well but with a 25 1/2" neck
