I have for sale a 1987 Series 2000 Status 4-string bass, finished in the classic Status blue tint of the period.

It's a superb instrument with a clean, even sound and flawless intonation.
I've had it from new - nearly 30 years - bought on special order from a music shop in Nottingham.
It's unmodified, with the original TB4 circult board and pots, and comes in the original Status Flame Red flight case.
The production number on the headstock is 237.
The vast majority of the instrument is in very good condition, but as you would expect with an instrument of this age there are one or two minor dings and scratches.
I've included plenty of pictures so you can see every inch of the bass.
There are two areas where the plastic coating has been chipped slightly. Firstly on the headstock corner - it's unusual to see a headless status of this age that doesn't have this.
Secondly, a small amount of plastic has chipped off on the neck along the lower fingerboard edge. You can't feel this, and it doesn't affect the playability at all.
The bass has given me exceptional and reliable service, and I'm reluctantly selling it for financial reasons.
Price: offers invited!
