How would you describe the carbon fibre neck? From what I've understood its almost like graphite - or is it just another way to 'say' graphite?

Cheers.

Anyone have any opinions on the 3000? Is it much different to S2 in example?

I asked the seller if he'd know, but I havent heard back yet.

However I wouldnt really feel comfortable sending anything over 400 euros through a bank transfer, as ebay states:

Disadvantages
*Payment is difficult to recover in cases of fraud.

Think I'll have to pass and stick to the ones who'll take paypal

Hi, this is my bass on ebay and I have placed some more information on ebay now. I´m not 100% sure of the model but I think it is an energy with a bolt on graphite (carbon) neck. The Status TB4 electronic was fitted years ago. It is definitly a STATUS and not a Washburn. The look of a through neck comes from a foil on the top. I can´t say if the foil is original or not. The sound and condition is pretty good. Years ago I asked Rob for details and he says that the bass was shipped to germany in 1991. The body is walnut (only oiled). Hope this helps a little bit.
