From your photos The Pre-amp is Pre Set 1. According to the Status website, this was fitted to the Energy, Matrix, 3000, 4000 and 5000. However as you have said the body does not feel like wood, you have definitely got an S4000. The body is resin. I used to have one myself, lovely bass, if not a bit heavy.
