"CLICKS FOR KELVINGTON" My favorite little village (population 864) in remote rural Saskatchewan is trying to jump through hoops to get a tiny bit of government funding for their pre-school child development program. Funding is being awarded though a "web-voting contest" (My, how civilized!) and so far they are getting creamed by their more web-worldly neighbors who are better at stuffing the ballot boxes online. So I thought I would share the link far and wide and see if we might be able to even things up a bit.
