This video (from Birchmere one night after I saw them) clearly shows an XLR unless there's a cord technology that I'm not familiar with. I've seen the same on other videos and it's basically the same as my old ('76) Series One Alembic. I know the production bass doesn't have this but if I could afford buying a new MK/30th (I can't) the battery eliminator would be something I'd pay for. I NEVER ran my Alembic on batteries.
