Oliver, you could always get something that is custom built to look like a Buzzard, but to your specification.

yeah I know that the price tag for the B1 rises from day to day. I have another offer here from Germany asking 20000 Euros. Maybe Rob will buildt a new B hopefully soon (based on the design that I gave him - he liked it very much) and then my needs are fulfilled....

FunkyBassMan has made a very valid point here.
I am in the fortunate position of owning two Buzzards. There is absolutely no way I would take these out of my house to a gig! They would be a target for anyone who knows anything about them.
Regarding resale values - mine aren't for sale, so all offers will be rejected. I don't care what sort of money is being thrown around!
Some of you are already aware of the fact that I own an Alembic called the Dragon's Wing - my 4-string Buzzard comes along, rips the wings off it, beats it up, stamps on the remains and then deafens it for good measure.
