Possible or not?

I wonder if my Shark have a problem (neck problem.), there is a strange vibration when I play the E string...
I search every "vibration source" on my bass...and found nothing...:(

I didn't have any "crash" with it...

Thank you.

my guess is that you could have one of the bridge saddles adjustment grub screws loose or not touching the baseplate.

If it's broken you could give it to me. ;)

I had a rattle on my Shark which was a bit tricky to trace.Turned out that the nut groove on the e-string was too big (I think the previous owner used flat-wounds which have a larger than normal radius). With the zero-fret you tend not to pay much attention to the nut but the problem was erradicated by jamming a piece of wire into the groove with the string and then trimming it.Bit of a temporary patch-up but cheaper and easier than a new nut.Hope this helps.Cheers

Thanks for your replies!
The problem was double: Funkybassman is right for the bad strings (no more GHS boomers!), and bigc is right about the nut groove on the e-string.
My Shark has been revised by a professionnal last week, it seems a new one!
:D:D
Cheers,
Sylvain.

I asked Rob about setting a graphite neck on a Shark:
740 euros and 6 weeks + shipping...:|

I'm happy: My Shark neck is ok!
