What amp and cab you are using?

I am wondering what you all use these days for amp and cab with your Statii basses.

I am currently using a Mesa Walkabout 112 for home and smaller bars, an Aguilar DB750 and a Bergantino HS410. The latter is a hell of setup, very happy with it except for the weight..any suggestion for lighter weight rocker rigs that would fit well with a Status bass? I like rigs more on the "warm" side of the sonic spectrum, not much the hifi ones. But definetely i would change my cuurent setup only for portability (size and weight) reasons

Anybody familiar with the Aguilar Tone hammer 500 or the EBS Reidmar? And anybody tried the Bergantino CN 212?

Interesting, I didn't hear that brand before, I'll definitely look them up.
I'm not in love though with the TC amps/cabs from the little test I did. I didn't though test them live. I love some of their pedals though!

TC RH450. Ok if you don't need that sparkly treble sound out of your Statii. I have one and had to purchase a Boss EQ pedal to get any top out of it, Not much headroom either. Other users have stated the same problem on the BC forum. I have an Ashdown ABM Evo II 500w that I put through two Abm cabs (2x10" and 1x15" 300w ea) Knocks spots off the TC for pure grunt and top end. IMO.

I'm using a Eden Nemesis 212 combo. 320W. A great amp although it doesn't really measure up to what I've used in some studios (including a 1960's or 70's all tube head through a matched cab 115 and 212).

The Eden is coupled with an ART tube preamp which I can kick in and out by a true bypass loop. Otherwise redoing my pedal board so that is kind of empty right now outside of the preamp and looper

I have three amps to choose from:
Ashdown CTM100
Gallien Krueger MB Fusion
Gallien Krueger MB200

And I have two identical cabs to either do full or half stack, which are the brilliant Barefaced Super Compact :)

I mostly use a GK MB Fusion with two Fearless F112's. each cab is 23lbs and able to use as a wedge, and the head is 4 lbs.
The DB751 is a great head, if you like its tone try a Tone Hammer 500. All solid state and close to the DB sound wise.
If you want more tube syrup, then I'd go Genz Benz Streamliner 900. The Walkabout is excellent paired to other cabs also.

Yeah very intrigued by the barefaced cabs, as well as by the Bergantino CN212.

I need to try thr Tone Hammer out. I love my walkabout scout, but probably i will buy something with more Watts as main amp. My dealer has still a M-Pulse 600 in stock that is interensting, or going the Streamliner route seems actually a good idea. I am actually torn between acquiring gear that only my dealer sells (aguilar and mesa boogie are covered) or going Genz Benz, Barefaced and Berngantino that are not sold by my dealer (who is a friend, that is why the difficulty in deciding!)

TC RH450 & Genz Benz NEOX-212T. Light, portable, fits in the car - oh yes, and it sounds great too! I don't believe I'll be going amp/cab shopping now before I die...
