Well needless to say (but I'll say it anyway) I am like an excited kid at Christmas time after speaking to Dawn and placing the order for a new-

Streamline 4
Natural finish
Black hardware
16.5 mm spacing
Blue wrap around LED's
Pearlised fret dots (centered)

I'm quite taken with the idea of a "natural finish" on a carbon fibre bass ...

;)

I look pretty young but I'm just back-dated (yeh!).

Hi Jack,
I was wondering about the same thing- I should have called it natural graphite tint.

An other 16.5 mm! I'm sure it'll be a killer.

I'm intrigued by the 16.5 mm string spacing, as I hardly slap, I wonder whether it'd suit me better than the standard one.

If you don't slap, you will love it since day 1, if you slap, it will take more time to adapt to it but still there would be no problem.

Of course it's all very subjective at the end.

After trying all the options of 34"/19mm, 32"/16.5mm,
I have found the 34" with 16.5mm spacing is my preference, although I don't do much slapping I know Mark King does and he gets along well with the 16.5mm.

I never tried a 32" with 19mm, I'd be curious. Maybe my next one will be that. Hopefully soon.

I tried a 32" 19mm at the factory, and a 16.5mm with 34", but I took both and I love it...I tried a larger bass recently at a gig and it just felt so slow.
