What an amazing night !!!! I took my 6 year old daughter along, and she danced and clapped along to the whole show :) Met the guys before the show, and as usual Mark was on top form. Got Mark to sign a few bits and bobs, and all the guys signed my 30th anniversary box set. Mark is now using TC Electronics, and it sounded great!!! The drum solo by all the guys was amazing, and MK can fairly roll around those roto-toms!!! It was a bit like when I first seen the band back on the True Colours tour when Mark played roto-toms on the Chant Has Begun intro. It was a totally brilliant night, and I was so chuffed I took my little girl along, as half way through she turned to me and said. " Daddy I'm Enjoying This!! " Also Pete Ray Biggins is the Dogs Balls!! No disrespect to Hubbo, but Pete has obviously really found his feet within the band, and I think his style suits L42 to the ground.

TC electronics, Danish company if I am not mistaken.....Marks wife is.....Danish?
So much for the anniversary Ashdown, or was it another situation similar to his GB venture.....
What the hell does this have to do with eBay?

What kind of TC does MK use, BTW?

Can't wait to see the rotom solo (hope he does it..)

How does a fellow Statii member get back stage to see
Mark and the other guys?
I'm taking my 8 year old daughter to see them in Liverpool on Friday and I would love her to meet them as she's had
L42 in her face since she was born.

Just back from seeing them in Gateshead and you'll be in for the usual treat John. They are as good as they ever were. They just don't let you down. The lights on Mark's bass are just amazing. So bright.

I thought Mark's wife was Dutch ? Looks like the anniversay Ashdown's will be sitting on the shelf now, and I'm sure TC will have increased sales through Mark's affiliation with the company. ( me included LOL :D )

Fa-bu-lous Retroron.
It is great to get the lowdown on what I may expect on the 23rd.
What a marvelous idea it was to bring your daughter as well.
Life is grand.
