Hi Guys

Problem with My Trace head at the mo and thought i'd run past you guys to see if you have had anything simillar happen to your trace head.

The problem is on the Graphic... when activated the graphic starts to make a popping and rumbleing noise after about 45 mins use.... switch the graphic out and it goes away...

I'm gonna get it serviced soon but thought I'd ask the gang to see if you guys have experienced this????

How long 'off' does it take to go back to normal?
Could well be just overheating of the EQ circour, cools down and is fine again?

What model of head is it? It sounds like a capacitor is breaking down or an op-amp is toast.

Ive found that op-amps tend not to break and then come back to life - having built preamps and equalisers before, once it stops working properly its never good again :D
