I was just wondering if the headless statii fans were using special double-ball strings or single-ball ones ? Why ?

I quite like DR Hi beam 30s so I go for Singles,

I got some Elixir Nanoweb I am about to try.

At the end of the day its more choice to use singles.

G-77, let me know what the nano-webs are like for wear. I love their acoustic strings, but need replaced quite quickly because of lost tone and furryness.
I dont object, as guitar strings are relatively cheap - but I'm not going to fork out over the odds for bass strings that go furry :)
