hi guys on friday july 11th james durands level 42 tribute band is playing a gig on the iow at the wight rock bar most of us know how good james is on bass this is a great opportunity to see him and the band play live in my opinion they are the closest thing to the real thing would be a great evening for a meet up


would be great to see anyone that can make it!!!

Hi, yes it went very well thanks, it was a great venue and great audience who were up for some good old level 42!

it was the first outing for the Retroglide, and it performed beautifally!!

It must have been a fantastic night from your side and the audience as well.

Any trace of MK there ? I've heard that there was a chance...Well if you saw in the audience somebody worried for his future that was him :D

If I can suggest something you should start thinking to tape some of your shows a little more seriously. A buddy with a tripod and some skills would do the job. B) It would be a great memory for you guys !

Again fantastic playing James. I'll tell you what ruined it for me though? The bloody electronic kit!!! A mic'd acoustic kit would provide the dogs balls so to speak.

Tell your drummer to get shot of those things for live performance. They are alright for rehearsing and practising etc, but live performance. forget it!!

i do agree , you can't beat real drums, but the electronic kit is'nt bad, and its much better for my hearing!
