Finally bought a Washburn Status series 1000 headless.
I need to correct the intonation. I don't know what is the best way to improve intonation.
On the saddles there are two screws on top to adjust the height, but in case of flat or sharp just move forward or backward?

Who knows the correct procedure?
Thanks, Wim
(from Holland, so perhaps strange English...)

I don't know if it can help but here's a link from the Alembic forum.
As most basses behave more or less the same way about intonation, this will probably help you chosing the right setup. And it's in English of course :D

And if you have some pics of your bass, please let it show mate ! Thanks.

Thanks!
I already visit another link,
http://www.tunemybass.com/bass_setup/setting_bass_intonation.html
but I hope to get advice in what way / order to adjust, since there is no screw to position the saddles, only the height.
Regards, Wim

You can move the saddles but first you need to unlock the 2 screws on the left side of the bridge to allow the saddles going up or down (see photo). And don't forget to lower the tension of the strings too. And to conclude, mind your fingers ! The saddles have sharp edges and I've already found myself bleeding while removing them (true !).
