Let me know if you have a left handed Status for sale (fretted or fretless). I'd prefer an older model of the later 90's, early 2000. A 6-string version would be even better!

Hello Statii! I'm posting here first before TB or anywhere in case you guys are interested.

I have a left-handed S2 4 string, bolt-on, fretted, 32" scale with Bendwell system graphite neck with Red front facing LEDs. There is a gloss finish on the the graphite. 19mm string spacing.

The woods include a walnut center block, utile body wings, and swamp ash top wood wings. There is a black veneer separating the swamp ash and utile around the sides. The woods have Status' natural satin lacquer finish.

The electronics are the standard for the S2 - 2 status soap bars with the status 3-band eq with variable midrange toggle, 18v active electronics.

I have had the bass since late 2014. I am the second owner of it (third if you count Rob Green). When Rob initially made this bass, he promoted at music events. The original version of the bass had a fretted neck with no LEDs. The original owner had Rob swap that for a fretless neck. I have since had Rob put a fretted neck with the red LEDs on it (late 2016)

It's in great condition. There are only two main imperfections in the wood that are quite small. The imperfections are in the pictures.

I've been looking into selling it as I do not use the bass anywhere as often I as should on gigs or practicing, the same reason the first owner sold it as well. It plays and sounds great - it has the signature status sound and feel.

I'm looking for 1800€. Not looking for any trades.

I have no problem shipping to the US or Europe, provided the buyer pay for the shipping costs.

I just got a status S2, 6 string secondhand. I'm a relative beginner, 55 years young and this is my third bass guitar. The two I had before are sold, since the Status is the one and only for me now. Included are some pics. Grtz, marc.

Hi there, just wanted to introduce myself in this lefty forum.
It's Ken over here, playing in a jazzy pop band called Gradalicious.
Just agreed to buy this beauty from Mark. It's previously owned by Penguin/Penguiini on this forum.
There are some issues with this bass, but nothing I can't fix (I hope).
Let's hope shipping from Canada to the Netherlands goes well...

Status Graphite King Bass Standard (bolt on neck) headless fretless with Bendwell. Serial number 0311300. 32" scale length woven carbon graphite neck, phenolic unlined fingerboard with side dots (including first fret), ball bearing/roller nut. Standard 19mm bridge tuner spacing. Beautiful flame/fiddleback maple top with walnut back and black veneer stripe. Two soapbar pickups and 303 18v circuit board. Satin finish on body, gloss finish on back of neck, gold hardware and Dunlop Straploks. Currently strung with Status Graphite Hotwire double ball end flatwounds. Manufactured 3/31/2011. Originally had a fretted 34" scale neck which was swapped out for the 32" scale fretless neck in August. Condition 9.975 out of 10, the only imperfections being two very tiny dings on the side of the body (see photos). Comes with OEM ultralight Hiscox flight case, hex wrenches and all original documentation. US$1950 (not looking for trades). Very hard to find these in North America. Thanks for looking!
