Wanted: headless bass bag
Davidbass
Hello. Does anyone have a headless bass bag that they’d like to sell 2nd hand? It’s for an S2. The hard case is too heavy for me to gig.

Apparently that’s not going to be until the end of the year now, according to Dawn today. The company they were using stopped trading.

They had ceased trading when I collected my Kingbass back in 2015. I ended up buying a padded Fender gig bag suitable for Strats and Teles. Works a treat (and also with the S4000). One thing I would advise though with any gig bag you buy, is add some extra padding around the tuners, as if your beloved bass hits the floor end on, you will end up with a bent tuner (happened to me, but luckily was able to bend it back). I use an old t-shirt rolled up in the bottom of the case. Seems to work ok.

I always put my headless basses into ordinary gig bags for electric guitars. Those should be easy to find.
